Bryan served as director of quality for Textron Systems Corporation, a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) defense industry, homeland security and aerospace company headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts and director of quality for Textron’s famous Lycoming Engines facility in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Bryan also served as director of supply chain quality at the Cessna Aircraft Company in Wichita, Kansas.  There he led the transformation of the supplier quality program and implementation of the first large-scale deployment of Six Sigma in Textron's history, an effort that brought problem-solving empowerment to scores of personnel while generating millions of dollars in savings. Prior to his time with Cessna, Bryan was a manufacturing engineer, senior quality engineer and quality systems manager with AlliedSignal, then one of the world's largest industrial corporations, consisting of aerospace, automotive and engineered materials sectors. While at AlliedSignal, he was an early contributor to several key initiatives including initial ISO9001 certification, Total Quality Management and Six Sigma.

Bryan is a fellow with the American Society for Quality and an award winning recipient of three Six Sigma Black Belts.  He holds a BS in manufacturing technology from Southwestern College, a BA in management from the University of Phoenix, and an MBA from Western International University.
